How do I pay for my transfer?

Once we know your route we’ll provide a fixed quote via WhatsApp and send you a secure Stripe payment link. We accept all major cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. Everything is sorted upfront so you don’t need to worry about bartering or carrying large amounts of cash on arrival.

How will I find my driver?

For airport transfers, we track your flight number in real-time to ensure your driver is there the moment you walk through the arrivals gate. They will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a clear sign with your name on it.

For intercity transfers, the driver will pick you up from your door and we’ll send you a Whatsapp message when they arrive.

If you cannot find your driver, you can contact us on Whatsapp at any time.

Can you provide child seats?

Absolutely. Your family’s safety is our top priority. We can provide clean, modern ISOFIX child seats for your journey. There is a small additional charge of $10 per seat to cover the equipment and fitting, just let Beth know the age of your children when you inquire and we’ll make sure you have the right seat.

Will my surfboards be safe?

Easy peasy. We are surfers ourselves, so we know how important your gear is. We can provide vans equipped with proper roof racks for longboards and shortboards. Or we can provide a vehicle where they can fit inside. Just let us know your requirements and we’ll create a quote just for you.

Can we stop for sightseeing or food on the way?

Definitely. We believe the journey should be part of the adventure. Whether you want a quick kottu stop or a planned visit to Galle Fort or a tea factory on the way to your destination, we can help with both.

Are there any hidden costs?

None. Our quotes are 100% all-inclusive. That means fuel, highway tolls, and insurance are all covered. The price we agree on WhatsApp is the price you pay. If a driver asks you to pay more please contact us immediately and we’ll resolve.

Should I tip my driver?

Tipping is never mandatory, but it is a big part of the local culture in Sri Lanka. If you’ve had a great experience and a safe ride, a tip of 10% or a few thousand LKR is a wonderful way to say thank you.
